County 4-H Recordbooks and Awards/Scholarship Applications Due 5:00 p.m. June 13, 2023

Driscoll Children’s Hospital Cattlemen’s Round-Up – June 13

Lavaca County 4-H is pleased to be partnering with Hallettsville Livestock Commission Company  and Driscoll Children's Hospital to bring the Cattlemen's Round-Up to Lavaca County again this year. 4-H members are encouraged to donate items for auction.  Proceeds from the auction benefit Driscoll Children's Hospital.  The auction will begin immediately after the cattle sale, typically by noon. 4-H members are asked to call the office to report what they will be donating and plan to help hold items in the auction ring.  For more details please read the... The National 4-H Week proclamation will be presented at the Lavaca County Commissioner's Court meeting some time after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25.  4-H members are encouraged to participate in the signing that afternoon.  Gather at the gazebo on the south side of the square by 4:25.  We will enter the courthouse together for the picture with Judge Mudd at 4:30.  Please wear a 4-H shirt.
