The Cottage Laws class is FREE to anyone interested in owning and operating a home based food business.  Owners of cottage businesses do have to obtain a Food Handlers certificate.  The Food Handlers course begins at 6:15 p.m. and is $20 --please pay by check or money order made payable to Lavaca Family and Community Health Committee --cash is not accepted.
