4-H members wishing to participate in any of the Spring Spectacular Events must submit this form to the Extension Office to express interest by Wednesday, March 1st.  The County Spring Spectacular events will be scheduled once entries are received.  The entry form has possible dates.  District entries are due by March 17th.  Fashion show paperwork and junior/intermediate storyboard entries have to be uploaded with the entries.  Senior storyboards go straight to State and do not have to be completed and submitted until April. 2023 Spring Spectacular Registration Form... The regular meeting of the Lavaca County 4-H Council will be held on Monday, March 6 at 6:00 p.m. at the Extension office.  This is a week earlier due to the conflict with Spring Break. The meeting will be immediately followed by the record book workshop.

Come learn tips and tricks for putting together a successful 4-H recordbook.  The 4-H recordbook is designed to showcase all of the great things you have learned and done in 4-H.  While the recordbook is not mandatory for membership, it is mandatory for awards and in some instances leadership positions.  Whether it is your first or tenth year,  the workshop will provide you with ideas to make your book stand out.
