Hallettsville Senior CenterWhether you are a club manager, project/activity leader, or a parent wanting to know more about 4-H this training is for you. We will focus on basic rules and guidelines of 4-H how to organize activities, projects, and clubs financial management rules best practices in working with youth opportunities in 4-H Club managers will receive their annual tool kit with club management resources.
